This specialization is designed for those wishing to gain or improve their professional skills in managing middle or entry-level employees. Students will learn how to manage a group and fully utilize human potential so that team members identify themselves with the company and its strategy and feel responsible for its development. Students will learn the basics of management, the principles of negotiation as well as how to motivate and reward employees. Information in the field of human resource management will allow for a more effective organization of work in the company.
