The specialization in Hotel Management and Catering teaches students practical skills in domestic and foreign internships and provides the necessary knowledge to enter the culinary profession as well-trained chefs, bartenders, restaurant and bar managers, in accordance with international standards, within the tourism and hotel industry. Graduates of Hotel Management and Catering can also run their own businesses in both catering and hospitality thanks to the practical knowledge gained at our Academy. They are prepared for the difficult art of rational management in the world of the catering and hotel business.

Choose a major in Hotel Management and Catering if you want to become a manager, chef, bartender, hall manager, restaurateur, property owner or hotel manager, tourist information officer or concierge.
